FEATURE:

1) Water-solubility
It can be dissolved in cold water. And the speed of our product dissolved in water can be designed.

2) Antistatic Property
They will not be due to static electricity making plastic properties lower and electrostatic dust lower during the process of packaging.

3) Water content and Gas transmission Rate bagplastics bagease
Water content and ammonia have strongly perm selectivity to water soluble film. But oxygen, nitrogen,hydrogen and carbon dioxide etc. cannot cross the water soluble film.

4) Heat-sealing
Water soluble packaging film has a great heat-sealing. It can be used by resistance heat sealing and high frequency heat sealing. The strength of heat sealing is related to temperature, humidity, pressure and time etc. Normally, it will be more than 200g/cm2.

5) Mechanical Property
Strong modulus 2500-400kg/cm2, tensile strength 400-200kg/cm2, tearing 200-50kg/cm2, extensibility 150-220%.

6) Oil Resistance and Chemical Resistance
Water soluble film packaging has a good oil resistance with plant oil, animal oil, mineral oil, fatty, organic solvent and carbohydrate etc.
